・ご連絡なしの不泊…ご宿泊料金の100％
※ただしご宿泊プランに別途設定がある場合はそちらが優先されます。
Cancellations must be made by 6:00 p.m. on the day of check-in.
Cancellation fees will be charged from after 6:00 p.m. on the day of check-in.
・Cancellation after 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival: 100% of the room rate
・No contact (No-show) : 100% of the room rate
＊If there is a different agreement in your accommodation plan, that will be prioritized.
